2025-2298: Resolution amending Resolution 309 of 2024, which provided for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, & Right of Way phases of the Swindell Bridge construction project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Four Million Five Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars ($4,585,000.00), an increase of Seven Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars ($785,000.00) from the previously executed agreement (54006.2); reimbursable at ninety five percent; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs not to exceed Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00), no increase from the previously executed agreement (54006.2).
