2024-0601: Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to grant a site access license agreement to Charles Street Area Corporation (“CSAC”) in order to complete a Phase 2 Environmental Assessment required to create an affordable housing unit development at no cost to the City.
