0752-2025: To authorize the Director of Development to enter into a grant agreement with the Columbus Downtown Development Corporation in an amount up to $1,750,000.00 for the purpose implementing the 2022 Downtown Columbus Strategic Plan, which may include but is not limited to services focused on land use, retail opportunities, safety, and parking; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of up to $1,750,000.00 from the Neighborhood Economic Development Fund; and to advance funding per a predetermined schedule.
