23-1361: A bill for an ordinance designating certain property located at 1805 South Bannock Street as being required for public use and authorizing acquisition of property interests therein by negotiation or through condemnation proceedings as needed for the Jewell Avenue Pedestrian Bridge Project in Council District 7. Grants the authority to acquire through negotiated purchase or condemnation of all or any portion of any property interest as needed for the installment of the West Jewell Avenue Bicycle and Pedestrian Bridge, including easement interests, access rights, improvements, buildings, fixtures, licenses, and permits, in Council District 7.
