Public Notice On Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 5:00pm, the Knoxville City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed operating budget and capital improvements budget for fiscal year 2025/2026. To sign-up to offer comments, please contact the City Recorder's Office by emailing CityRecorder@knoxvilletn.gov or by calling the office at 865-215-2075 during normal business hours. The deadline to sign up for the public hearing is 4:00pm on the day of this hearing. City Council Office: City County Building, 400 Main St., Room 467, Knoxville, TN 37902 MEETING INFO Agendas for regular meetings are available online the Friday before the upcoming meeting. Draft Meeting Minutes recording the action taken by City Council on each item are available online the Thursday following the meeting.
