2410-2022: To receive City Council approval to expend more than $100,000.00 on a Universal Term Contract established by the City for the purchase of sodium chloride contingent upon passage of ordinance 2371-2022; to authorize the Director of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for the purchase of sodium chloride from Cargill Inc.; to authorize the expenditure of up to $215,000.00 from the Municipal Motor Vehicle Tax Fund; and declare an emergency.
