3450-2025: To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a professional engineering services contract modification with Arcadis U.S. Inc., for the Southerly Wastewater Treatment Plant Variable Frequency Drives & Harmonic Filter Upgrade project; to authorize the appropriation of funds in the WPCLF Loan Fund; to make this ordinance contingent upon the Ohio Water Development Authority approving a loan for this project; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,415,543.62 from the WPCLF Loan Fund.
