2281-2021: To authorize and direct the Administrative Judge of the Franklin County Municipal Court to accept a grant modification to increase the award amount and extend the expiration of the original award from the Franklin County Office of Homeland Security & Justice Programs; to appropriate an additional $7,000.00 from the unappropriated balance of the general government grant fund to the Franklin County Municipal Court Department of Probation and Pretrial Services for the purpose of continuing 3 assessment specialists from Alvis incorporated for the provision of pre-trial intake and risk-based assessments supporting a reduction in the length of time necessary to assign probationers to appropriate caseloads; and to declare an emergency.
