2412-2022: To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to execute a planned modification to the 2020-2022 Construction Administration/Inspection Services agreement with DLZ Ohio, Inc. for the Linden Neighborhood Stormwater System Improvement Phase 2 Project, for the Division of Sewerage and Drainage, Stormwater Section, to authorize a transfer and expenditure up to $373,575.87 within the Storm Sewer Bond Fund; and to authorize an amendment to the 2021 Capital Improvements Budget.
