2580-2025: To amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the City Auditor to transfer funds within the Development Taxable Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of the Department of Development to execute a grant agreement with the Columbus Fashion Initiative, in an amount up to $1,000,000.00; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,000,000.00 from the Development Taxable Bond Fund; to authorize the payment of funds on a pre-determined schedule; to authorize reimbursement of expenses incurred prior to the purchase order; and to declare an emergency.
