2539-2025: To authorize appropriation in an amount up to $892,026.96, the transfer between object classes in an amount up to $3,468.84, and the expenditure in an amount up to $1,100,000.00 of 2022 and 2023 HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) entitlement grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; and to authorize the Director of the Department of Development enter into a commitment letter, loan agreement, promissory note, mortgage, and restrictive convent with Habitat for Humanity-MidOhio to construct single family homes with each address having its own set of loan documents.
