1880-2023: To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to enter into a service agreement in accordance with the relevant provisions of Chapter 329 of the City Code pertaining to waiver of competitive bidding, with The Ohio State University, Office of Sponsored Programs, for the NPDES Stormwater and Clintonville Blueprint Monitoring Project for the Division of Sewerage and Drainage, Stormwater and Regulatory Management Section; and to authorize the expenditure of $275,000.00 from the Storm Sewer Operating Fund.
