2778-2024: To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to modify a subrecipient agreement with Greenwood 360 LLC to update the scope of service so as to reflect that the reimbursement will be based per application not per approved application as it states within the contract. This change will allow for the proper payment of services per application reviewed as the other language was restrictive and was not allowing reimbursement for the actual work being performed. All other aspects of this contract will still remain and there will be no additional funding needed to perform this modification, and to declare an emergency. ($0.00)
