1297-2025: To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to modify a contract with Mundell Thomas A, DBA Quality Lawn Care TAM, to increase the amount by $65,000.00 to support routine mowing, removal of brush and excessive high grass, and all foreign material, and similar work for properties held by the Land Redevelopment Division; to authorize the expenditure of $65,000.00 from the 2025 Land Management Fund Budget; and to declare an emergency.
