22-1246: A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Urban Drainage and Flood Control District d/b/a Mile High Flood District to support the final design of drainage and flood control improvements as part of the Globeville Levee Project in Council District 9. Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, doing business as Mile High Flood District (MHFD), by adding $2,650,000 in MHFD funds and $3,718,816.59 in City Wastewater Enterprise funds for a total addition of $6,368,816.59 and a new agreement total of $13,468,816.59 to support the final design of drainage and flood control improvements as part of the Globeville Levee Project in Council District 9.
