2433-2023: To authorize the City Attorney to expend an amount not to exceed $120,000.00 from the Storm Sewer Bond Fund to acquire and accept in good faith certain fee simple and lesser real estate located in the vicinity of American Electric Power Company headquarters, and contract for associated professional services in order for the Department of Public Utilities to timely complete the acquisition of Real Estate for the ST-21, ST-22, ST-23 Improvements; and to declare an emergency.
