BL2026-1471: An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from R10 to SP zoning for properties located at Curtis Street (unnumbered), Lincoln Avenue (unnumbered), and 2305 and 2307 Lloyd Avenue, at the northwest corner between Curtis Street and Lloyd Avenue (6.32 acres), to permit 62 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2026SP-026-001).
