2392-2021: To authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into contract with the Franklin County Engineer’s Office for the provision of snow and ice removal services during the 2021-2022 winter season; to authorize the expenditure of up to $700,000.00 from the Street Construction Maintenance and Repair Fund for those services; and to declare an emergency.
