2220-2025: To authorize and direct the Administrative and Presiding Judge of the Franklin County Municipal Court to accept a grant in the amount of $100,000.00 from the Ohio Department of Public Safety and to appropriate from the unappropriated balance of the general government grant fund; to enter into a not for profit services contract with Think Make Live Youth (TMLY) for the provision of supportive services to emerging adults and to authorize the expenditure of up to an amount of $100,000.00 from the grant funds; and to declare an emergency.
