2445-2021: To transfer the control and maintenance responsibilities of an approximate .245 acre portion of real property held in the Land Redevelopment Division, Land Bank Program from the Department of Development to the Department of Public Service, Division of Design and Construction and subsequently to the Department of Public Utilities, Division of Sewerage and Drainage to facilitate the Safe Routes To School (SRTS) Kingsford Road Sidewalks project; to authorize the expenditure of $16,000.00 from an existing Auditor’s Certificate and to declare an emergency.
