0824-2023: To amend the 2022 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer of funds and appropriation within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to authorize the Assistant Director of Public Service designated pursuant to Columbus City Code Section 219.02 to enter into a professional services contract with Gannett Fleming Engineers & Architects, P.C. for the Bridge Rehabilitation - Front Street and Nationwide Blvd project; to authorize an expenditure not to exceed $520,781.96 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund to pay for this contract; and to declare an emergency.
