City Council regular meetings are held in the1st Floor Chambers of the Municipal Building on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. Watch the meetings live via HuntsvilleAL.gov/HSVTV. Agendas City Council meeting agendas are posted on Tuesday at 5 p.m. the week of a regularly scheduled Council meeting. Council Agendas Archives Agendas and minutes from Jan. 1, 2020 to present may be accessed in Agendas. To locate past agendas or minutes prior to Jan. 1, 2022, please contact the City Clerk’s Office at 256-427-5090 or submit a public records request. Public Comment City Council may accept public comment during a regularly scheduled meeting through one of three options: Public Hearing, prior to Council vote (comments must be related to topic) Public Comment Agenda Items, prior to Council vote (comments must be related to topic) Public Comment on Non-Agenda Items, at the conclusion of the meeting. Individuals wishing to address Council must sign up in advance and give their legal name, address, city of residence, and agenda item number (if appropriate). Call the Councill office at 256-427-5011 to sign up, or register prior to the meeting at the front desk in the lobby of City Hall.
