0699-2024: To authorize the City Attorney to spend City funds to acquire and accept in good faith certain fee simple and lesser real estate and to contract for associated professional services in order for the Department of Public Utilities to timely complete the acquisition of Real Estate for the Scioto Main North Large Diameter Sewer Rehabilitation; to authorize an amendment to the 2023 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer of cash and appropriation between projects within the Sanitary Bond Fund; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $650,000.00 from the Sanitary Bond Fund.
