1755-2021: To amend Ordinance 0312-2021 in order to correct the requested funds to $100,000.00 from $238,520.26; to authorize the Director of Public Utilities to amend the contract with The Ohio State University, Office of Sponsored Programs, for the NPDES Stormwater and Clintonville Blueprint Monitoring Project for the Division of Sewerage and Drainage, Stormwater and Regulatory Management Section; to authorize the expenditure of $100,000.00 from the Storm Sewer Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
