0761-2022: To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into a non-profit service contract with Columbus Urban League in order to partner with Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, to provide parent enrichment classes and resources to families who have children on the cusp of entering the justice system; to authorize the transfer of $350,000.00 within the General Fund, from the Department of Finance's City-wide account to the Department of Public Safety; to authorize the expenditure of $350,000.00 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
