2559-2022: To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for thirty-two light duty trucks and SUVs for the Department of Public Service with George Byers Sons; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,615,000.00 from the General Fund, the Mobility Operating Fund, the Street Construction Maintenance and Repair Fund, the Private Construction Inspection Fund, and the Public Construction Inspection Fund; and to declare an emergency.
