2023-2285: Resolution amending Resolution 230 of 2023, authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into Startup Participation Agreements with selected entities as part of the cohorts of PGH Lab and further authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into Program Participation Agreements with local municipal entities to allow such entities to test products and services through PGH Lab. Compensation in the form of allotted monthly stipends will be given to each company when completion of terms found in the contract timeline are met. Funds shall be paid to the PGH Lab cohort companies [to be filled in: company 1, company 2, company 2, company 4, funds paid to each company not to exceed Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000)], at a total cost not-to-exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) over 1 year.
