BL2026-1337: An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by amending a portion of a Planned Unit Development Overlay District on properties located at Old Lebanon Dirt Road (unnumbered) and 1704 Robards Way, at the terminus of Dutchfalls Cove (11.23 acres), zoned RM9, located within a Planned Unit Overlay District, to permit 77 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 154-73P-002).
