1564-2022: To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a subaward agreement with Legal Aid Society of Columbus in an amount up to $600,000.00 to provide housing stability services (as defined by U.S. Treasury) to qualifying residents of the local community to ensure housing stability; to authorize the Director of Development to modify the terms and conditions of the subaward agreement as needed without seeking further City Council approval; to authorize payment of expenses starting January 1, 2021; to authorize the expenditure of up to $600,000.00 from the Emergency Rental Assistance 2 Funds; and to declare an emergency ($600,000.00)
