2113-2021: To amend the 2020 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the City Auditor to transfer funds between projects within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to authorize the City Auditor to appropriate $1,542,657.00 within the Federal Transportation Grants Fund; to authorize the City Attorney's Office to contract for professional services relative to the acquisition of fee simple title and lesser interests in and to property needed for the Arterial Street Rehabilitation - Cassady Avenue Widening project; to authorize the City Attorney's Office to negotiate with property owners to acquire the additional rights of way necessary to complete this project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,542,657.00 from the Federal Transportation Grants Fund and up to $600,000.00 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
