0076-2026: To authorize and direct the City Auditor to establish an auditor’s certificate in the amount of $100,000.00 for various expenditures for labor, materials, and equipment in conjunction with facilities, parks, and amenities improvements within the Recreation and Parks Department; and to authorize the expenditure of $100,000.00 from the Recreation and Parks Permanent Improvement Fund.
