CB 120292: AN ORDINANCE relating to City employment, commonly referred to as the First Quarter 2022 Employment Ordinance; returning positions to the civil service system; adjusting the pay zone structure for titles in the City’s discretionary pay programs; clarifying bereavement leave provisions; and amending the title of Chapter 4.28 and Section 4.28.010 of the Seattle Municipal Code; all by a 2/3 vote of the City Council.
