2304-2021: To approve the proposed Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Columbus and Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council, Inc., dated September 1, 2021 through September 1, 2024, to provide wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment for employees in the bargaining unit as provided in the attachment hereto; and to declare an emergency.
