0483-2022: To authorize the Director of Public Utilities and the Director of Public Service to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Reimbursement Agreement with Delaware County, Ohio for the Lazelle Road Culvert and Storm Sewer Replacement project, for the replacement of culvert and ancillary work; to expend up to $83,000.00 from the DPU Storm Sewer Bond Fund and to expend up to $38,000 from the DPS Streets and Highways G.O.
