0159-2025: To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Service to execute those documents necessary for the City to grant an encroachment easement on the north side of West Fulton Street to legally allow the Franklin County Board of Commissioners to extend into the public rights-of-way; and to authorize the acceptance of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the granting of said easement.
