0377-2023: To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to enter into a not-for profit service contract with the Greater Columbus Sports Commission in support of Classic for Columbus All Star Game; to authorize an appropriation and expenditure of $25,000.00 within the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund; to authorize the transfer of $75,000.00 within the General Fund; to authorize the expenditure of $25,000.00 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
