0691-2023: To authorize an amendment to the 2022 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer of cash and appropriation between projects within the Electricity Bond Fund; to appropriate funds within the Electricity Special Assessment Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Utilities to enter into a construction contract with Complete General Construction for the Morningstar / North-Forty Street Lighting project; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $826,766.80 from the Electricity Bond Fund and the Electricity Special Assessment Fund for the contract.
