0832-2025: To authorize the appropriation and the expenditure in an amount up to $200,000.00 of 2025 HOME Investment Partnership Program grant funds; to authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into individual grant agreements with Homes on the Hill Community Development Corporation, Gertrude Wood Community Foundation, Franklinton Development Association, and Community Development for All People, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 each to provide operating support, with the term for the grant agreement and starting January 1, 2025 ending December 31, 2025; and to authorize the reimbursement of expenses incurred prior to the creation of the purchase order starting January 1, 2025.
