2026-0540: Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Permits, Licenses, and Inspections to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an Agreement or Agreements with Batta Environmental Associates, Inc. for professional services providing materials for and analysis of lead dust samples pertaining to PLI’s execution of the City of Pittsburgh’s Lead Safe Ordinance for a total cost not to exceed THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY NINE DOLLARS AND FOURTEEN CENTS ($35,949.14) over three years.
