2023-2101: Resolution amending Resolution 276 of 2020 in order to authorize an increase of payment to the United States Army Corps of Engineers for certain remediation work to flood control devices along Saw Mill Run, at an amount not to exceed Six Hundred Eleven Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Eighty Dollars and Seventy-Nine Cents ($611,468.79), representing an increase of Two Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Eight Dollars and Seventy-Nine ($291,468.79) with such increase to be paid through issuance of a warrant.
