2249-2021: To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to modify and increase the 2020 - 2022 Construction Administration/ Inspection Services Agreement with EMH&T, Inc. for the Division of Sewerage and Drainage’s Rickenbacker Intermodal Sanitary Sewer Extension Project and for the Division of Power’s 2020-2022 General CA/CI Project; to authorize a transfer and expenditure of up to $446,062.67 from the Sanitary General Obligation Fund 6109; to authorize a transfer and expenditure of up to $200,000.00 from the Electricity General Obligation Fund 6303; and to authorize an amendment the 2020 Capital Improvements Budget.
