1538-2026: To amend the 2025 Capital Improvement budget; to appropriate funds within the Federal Transportation Grants Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into contract with Decker Construction Company for the Resurfacing - Downtown Concrete Bus Pad Upgrades project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,250,087.45 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund and the Federal Transportation Grants Fund for the project; to repay any unused grant funds at the end of the grant period; and to declare an emergency.
