3391-2024: To authorize the Executive Director of the Office of CelebrateOne to accept a grant from the Department of Health and Human Services/Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, through the Ohio Department of Health for the Ohio Health Improvement Zones Project in the amount of $156,000.00; to authorize the appropriation of $156,000.00 from the unappropriated balance of the General Government Grants Fund; to authorize the Executive Director of the Office of CelebrateOne to expend and enter into contract for community engagement and outreach services with multiple community partner sub-grantees for the amounts previously stated that total $235,000.00; to waive the competitive bidding requirements of the Columbus City Code; and to declare an emergency.
