3399-2024: To amend the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer of cash and appropriation with the Development Taxable Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a grant agreement with Community for New Direction Incorporation property renovations to be used for mental health and substance use disorder outpatient treatment; to authorize the expenditure of $150,000.00 from the Development Taxable Bonds Fund; to authorize expenditures prior to the purchase order; to advance funding per a predetermined schedule; and to declare an emergency.
