CB 120206: AN ORDINANCE relating to land use and zoning; adding a new Chapter 23.70 to the Seattle Municipal Code (SMC); amending Chapter 23.32 of the SMC at page 14 of the Official Land Use Map to establish a Mobile Home Park Overlay District; amending Section 23.84A.032 of the SMC; and requesting that the Office of Housing add the census tract in which the Mobile Home Park Overlay District is located to those eligible for the affirmative marketing and community preference policy adopted in the Housing Funding Policies.
