2999-2023: To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a contract with Environmental Remediation Contractor LLC, in an amount up to $100,000.00; to waive the competitive bidding requirements of Columbus City Code; to authorize the payment of expenses beginning November 1, 2023, to address citizen complaints of solid waste, hazardous materials, trash, litter and debris on city-owned and/or maintained parcels and right of ways by facilitating the identification, clean-up, and disposal of said items; to authorize the expenditure of $100,000.00 from the Neighborhood Economic Development Fund; and to declare an emergency.
