2576-2021: To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a grant agreement with The Young Men’s Christian Association of Central Ohio, dba YMCA of Central Ohio, in an amount up to $2,000,000.00 of federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to provide rental support to tenants as they are relocated in anticipation of the sale of the organization’s current facility; to authorize the Director of Development to modify the terms and conditions of the agreement as needed without seeking further City Council approval to assure that the agreement aligns with the most current federal guidance and requirements; to authorize the expenditure of up to $2,000,000.00 of ARPA funds; and to declare an emergency.
