24-0741: A resolution approving and providing for the execution of a proposed amended Grant Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the Colorado Department of Human Services, Behavioral Health Administration concerning the “Persistent Drunk Drivers FY25 Grant” program and the funding therefor. Amends a grant agreement with the Colorado Department of Human Service, Behavioral Health Administration by adding $150,000 for a new total of $558,806 and one year with a new end date of 6-30-2025 to provide alcohol treatment programs for justice-involved individuals under the legal jurisdiction of Denver County Court for alcohol related driving offenses, citywide (COURT-202474105/21 IHJA 159734). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-8-2024. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 6-5-2024.
