A written FOIA request can either be sent by email to supervisor@carbondaletownship.org or sent through regular mail. A mailed FOIA request should be sent to the Township Supervisor at 217 East Main Street, Carbondale, IL 62901. A written request for Township documents and records must specify as completely and thoroughly as possible the types of documents and records desired and, if applicable or known, the dates or time periods of those documents.
