2402-2025: This ordinance authorizes the expenditure in an amount up to $2,000,000.00 of HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) program income funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; authorizes the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a commitment letter, loan agreement, promissory note, mortgage, and restrictive covenant with Aspire Columbus LLC in an amount up to $2,000,000.00 of program income for the Aspire Columbus project; and to declare an emergency.
